Are your fragrances unisex?
Yes—VENUE fragrances are designed to be universally enjoyed, free from traditional gender boundaries.
Are your fragrances natural?
We thoughtfully use a balance of natural and synthetic materials chosen for their quality, safety, and artistic integrity. Each of our fragrance contains 83–86% ingredients of natural origin, following ISO 16128 standards.
Are your fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes—VENUE fragrances contain no animal-derived ingredients and are never tested on animals.
Are your fragrances safe?
Our fragrances are fully compliant with IFRA (International Fragrance Regulatory Association) standards, ensuring safety and quality.
Will my perfume expire or change over time?
Fragrance can evolve slightly, developing richer nuances. We recommend using your perfume within 2–3 years of opening and storing it away from direct sunlight.
What is VENUE’s commitment to sustainability?
We embrace innovation and responsibility—from using a patented biotech ingredient that reduces energy-intensive aging from weeks to hours while preserving each scent’s full expression, to crafting our secondary packaging from FSC-certified paper sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Can I make changes or cancel my order after it's placed?
Contact us at hello@venuefragrances.com as soon as possible after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.
What is your return or refund policy?
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged in transit or with a verified manufacturing defect. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. To request a replacement or full refund, please email hello@venuefragrancs.com with your order number and clear photos showing the damage to both the product and its original packaging.

Do you ship internationally?
VENUE currently ships within the U.S. For Vietnamese customers, please visit vn.venuefragrances.com. For other international customers, please email hello@venuefragrances.com and our team will be happy to assist you with your order.
Do you offer complimentary shipping?
Yes, VENUE offers complimentary shipping within the U.S. on all orders over $100.
When will my order ship, and how can I track it?
Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. For current orders in September, shipments will begin in early October.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships.
My order arrived damaged or incomplete. What should I do?
If there is an issue with your order, please contact our team at hello@venuefragrances.com immediately, and we will promptly resolve it.

Do you offer fragrance samples?
