Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of receipt and acceptance. If there is a general delay affecting shipping, we will post an update on our website. All shipped packages can be tracked online.

 

Shipping Locations & Delivery


We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping. Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 7 business days. Orders valued at $300 or more may require a signature upon delivery.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery dates are estimates only. VENUE is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including government actions or natural events.

 

LOST PACKAGES

 

If tracking shows your package as “delivered,” VENUE is not responsible for loss or theft. If a package is delivered to the wrong address due to our error, we will re-ship it upon return of the original package. If an incorrect shipping address was provided by you, re-shipping costs will be your responsibility, and we will re-ship only after the original package is returned to us. Please ensure your address is entered accurately to avoid delays or additional charges.

 

PACKAGE SENT TO WRONG ADDRESS

 

If a package is sent to the wrong address, and the incorrect address was provided online by a customer, then the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. We will re-ship the order once the original package has been returned to us. When ordering, make sure your shipping address is accurate, as making any mistake could significantly delay the delivery.

 

PRODUCT DEFECTS & DAMAGED PACKAGES

 

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery if a product is defective or if the package was damaged in transit. Please email hello@venuefragrances.com with your order details and clear photos to request a refund or exchange. If we do not receive notice within this period, we will consider the product accepted in good condition.
